The Library Graduate Study Room Application is now LIVE for Academic Year 2020/2021 - http://unf.libsurveys.com/Application-Library-Graduate-Study-Room.

Important Requirements:

• Applicant must be a graduate student currently enrolled at UNF. Applications will be accepted online from September 8-18, 2020.   Only completed applications will be accepted. 
• We have 36 graduate study rooms with an average of 100 applications each year.  We ask that you be mindful in submitting your application if you are interning in a city other than Jacksonville. 
• Only UNF email accounts will be used to contact room recipients.
• Upon notification of acceptance, you will have one (1) week to pick up your key, or the room will be reassigned. Keys will be distributed at the Access Services Desk on the first floor of the library October 1-9, 2020. You will be required to have your OSPREY 1CARD ID. 

Graduate Study Room Assignment Criteria:

• The order of priority will be as follows: Doctoral students, Thesis-writing graduate students, Graduate students.  (Graduate Study Rooms will not be awarded to undergraduates.)

• Books from the general collection can be checked out for 5 weeks.
• CDs can be checked out for 3 weeks.
• DVDs and VHS tapes can be checked out for 7 days.
• UNF graduate students can borrow a maximum of 250 items (40 media materials).

It contains a significant amount of new international dissertations and theses both in citations and in full text.
