The LIFTS Squad

The Library Instruction for Transfer Students (LIFTS) Squad is a group of Instruction Unit Librarians who have volunteered to offer support to students who transfer to the University of North Florida.  Feel free to contact any of them, or schedule a research consultation to get the help you need.  The LIFTS Squad offers drop-in Zoom  hours for you to pop in to ask for help, as well.

Pop Up Library Instruction

Librarians will be available for in-person help two weeks before mid-terms/finals in the Writing Center (Mon/Wed) and Student Academic support Services (Tue/Thur) from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.

Librarians will also be available in the library (room 2501) before Finals Week. See library calendar for details. 

Student Engagement Librarian

Maria Atilano is the Student Engagement Librarian and the Carpenter Library liaison  to all departments on campus that have resources for Transfer Students.
