System Status Definitions:

  • Normal (green) - The resource is operating normally.
  • Scheduled Maintenance (blue)  The vendor is performing scheduled maintenance on a given resource which may result in an expected outage. Library Systems will change the status back to Normal when maintenance is complete.
  • Issue reported (yellow)  An issue has been reported to Library Systems. Library Systems is currently monitoring the situation and working on a resolution. Library Systems will change the status back to Normal when the issue is resolved.
  • Outage (red) - The resource is experiencing an unexpected outage. Library Systems is currently monitoring the situation and working on a resolution. Library Systems will change the status back to Normal when the issue is resolved.
