Initial Troubleshooting

  • If no outstanding issues are reported on the Database List, start by clearing browser cache and cookies.
    • Ensure the web browser is not signed into any UNF accounts before clearing cookies and cache.
    • After clearing these items, restart your device.
    • Microsoft Edge can link your UNF account to the browser itself, and you should sign out of the Edge browser and try re-accessing the resource if issues persist. 
    • Directions on how to clear your cache for various browsers are below.
