On the "Spring 2025 Episode 8 : Welcome Back  - Contact librarians/Research Prize/ VLC LibGuide/ VR Champion" episode of the Instruction Request podcast, Librarians, Beryl White Bing-Virtual learning Librarian, and Lauren Odom, Instruction Librarian, talk about the following ways to contact a UNF Librarian if you need help: Librarian open office hours, Pop Up Library Instruction, Research consultations and LibChat.

 

  •  Library Open Office Hours (LOOH) - Drop in online with an Instruction Librarian in Zoom for unscheduled research help during designated hours. Designated hours and Zoom link will be posted on the Library Calendar. https://unf.libcal.com/calendar/ 

  • Pop Up Library Instruction (PULI) - Instruction Librarians available for in-person help in the Writing Center (Mon/Wed) and Student Academic Support Services (Tue/Thu) two weeks before Mid-Terms/Finals from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Librarians will also be available in library Study room 2501 before Finals Week.   • Research consultations (RC) - Schedule a (30 or 60 min) consultation in the library, face-to-face  or online in Zoom with an expert research librarian for personalized research help based on your availability. https://unf.libcal.com/appointments/

  • LibChat - A live chat function where you can chat directly, in real time, to a library professional for quick research questions and library help located on the UNF Library Home page. It is available 24/7/365. https://www.unf.edu/library/
