Congressional Research Service Reports

The Congressional Research Service (CRS) is an arm of the Library of Congress that serves the legislative process by providing Congress with non-partisan and in-depth legislative research and analysis on a variety of topics.  The CRS does not provide direct public access to its reports.  Efforts have been made by libraries and other organizations to gather, digitize, and index these valuable publications.
