OneSearch may be a good database to begin with to explore topics for your research. Many nursing students use OneSearch as an exploratory tool but then switch over to more specific databases when ready. Other students may begin in health databases, but switch back to OneSearch if they do not have luck finding information in specific health databases. When this happens, OneSearch can provide you with the name of the database where the article is getting pulled from. Note you can find the database name under "Full Text Availability."
