ITS Help Desk at the Library

The ITS HelpDesk is located on the 1st floor and provides a number of services for UNF students. While they do not repair hardware, the Help Desk will help fix all other aspects of your computer, laptop, tablet, or phone. They will install software, and in most cases teach you how to use various programs. The Help Desk will also be your resource for any log-in issues you may encounter on library computers. For more information about the ITS HelpDesk please visit their website, email them at helpdesk@unf.edu, or call them at (904) 620-HELP.

How do I Save Files?

You can use a cloud storage account like Google Drive, Dropbox, etc. or a personal thumb drive.  As a UNF student, you also have access to OneDrive - your own personal cloud storage through Microsoft 365 (you access your email and the free web versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint here).  On library computers, it may be an available save location if you are logged in with your n#.  Other options for accessing OneDrive through your Ospreys email (MyWings is a quick option) and clicking OneDrive from the list of services, or log in with your Ospreys email address (n#@ospreys.unf.edu) and password at the OneDrive site.  You can also create documents online in one of the Microsoft 365 products.
