ITS Help Desk at the Library

The ITS HelpDesk is located on the 1st floor and provides a number of services for UNF students. While they do not repair hardware, the Help Desk will help fix all other aspects of your computer, laptop, tablet, or phone. They will install software, and in most cases teach you how to use various programs. The Help Desk will also be your resource for any log-in issues you may encounter on library computers. For more information about the ITS HelpDesk please visit their website, email them at, or call them at (904) 620-HELP.
