Here is a list of vendors that allow you to download whole eBooks

Downloading entire eBooks to a Computer

Make sure you have the Adobe Digital Editions 1.7.1 or higer.  You can get it here.

You must also log in to your Adobe account. If you do not have one you can create one here by clicking "Get an Adobe ID" under the blue button. 

When a downloaded eBook is opened, it is displayed in Adobe® Digital Editions. You can read and annotate downloaded eBooks offline on your computer.

Downloading entire eBooks on an eReader

You have two options for downloading an eBook to an eReader. You can either download it to your computer and then transfer it to your device using Adobe Digital Editions, or you can search for the eBook using your eReader and then download it directly to the device with Bluefire Reader.

To use Bluefire Reader, you must also log in to your Adobe account. If you do not have one you can create one here by clicking "Get an Adobe ID" under the blue button.

Partially downloadable eBooks

The book collections under this tab are available for partial online viewing and downloading. Individual chapters or pages may be viewed, downloaded, or printed.

Adobe Digital Editions can be used to view partially downloaded books on a computer and Bluefire Reader may be used to view files on eReader devices. To find tutorials on downloading and installing these two programs please visit the Downloading whole eBooks tab on this guide.

Many of the chapters allow you to download them in .pdf format. The only system requirements necessary for viewing .pdf documents is Adobe Reader. You can download this software here.
