Peer Tutoring and Writing Center Assistance in the Library

The Thomas G. Carpenter Library partners with the Office of Student Academic Success Services (SASS), the Writing Center, and the SMART Center to promote academic success. Remember to bring your textbook and other materials. Tutors are here to help but you are responsible for your own work.

Spring 2024 Tutoring Schedule

SASS tutors are available in the Perdue Study Area on the 1st floor to assist with:

Research Consultations

Individuals or small groups who need one-on-one assistance with research and library resources are encouraged to schedule an appointment with a librarian.  Individual research consultations may consist of a general orientation to library facilities and resources, or may focus on specific research needs that will assist the user in completing course assignments or projects.
